Dan Harmon: Jeff’s archetype is that he’s the leader. So, you need a leader sometimes, and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes the best thing is to have anarchy. Sometimes, clumsy, silly people need to do whatever they want to do, which is to be dumb together. And Jeff goes out for pizza, and what needed to happen happens.
